Qualifications - 8+ years of product management experience, with the majority focused on platform products in B2B SaaS or cloud environments, ideally from experience in vertical industry SaaS environments. - Strong technical foundation — comfortable working across APIs, backend systems, security platforms, and Identity and Access Management; able to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and make informed platform tradeoffs. - Proven track record owning complex, large-scale platform initiatives with clear accountability for direction, roadmap, and outcomes. - Familiarity with enterprise authentication and authorization, security, compliance frameworks, and the requirements of large global SaaS deployments across multiple regions. - Experience working with modern data infrastructure, developer tools, SDKs, and extensibility platforms; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS. - Experience with AI-driven development practices and processes. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams; able to translate complex enterprise requirements into simple, scalable, and adoptable product experiences. - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones. - Previous management experience is a plus.
