CI&T
• Operate the SDLC natively with AI • Consistent use of automations with agents that perform multi-step tasks • Structure specifications that feed the AI • Maintain quality control and operate this in production securely
Job Requirements
- Experience programming with Java
- AWS (infrastructure as code IAC)
- Spec-driven development (specification as the primary input to the AI)
- Strong command of the SDLC (design → build → test → deploy → operate)
- Advanced use of AI in development (code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging)
- Construction of agents (multi-step, tool usage, planning + execution)
- Creation of reusable skills and composition of capabilities
- Integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent
- Creation of slash-commands / operational interfaces based on structured prompts
- Orchestration of workflows (multi-agent or human + agent)
- Integration with tools (Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, observability)
- Critical evaluation of AI outputs (quality, safety, consistency)
