• Review and Approve Ads: You will work closely with our creative strategists and editors to ensure every ad (image, video, and animation) is high-quality, error-free, and ready to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, Scrollstop, and CPA. • Maintain Quality Standards: You will implement a robust QA process for reviewing all creative assets, ensuring they meet our brand and performance standards before going live. • Analyze and Provide Feedback: You will analyze creative performance post-launch, identifying trends in winning ads and providing actionable feedback to the team for continuous improvement. • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest social media ad trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creative output remains top-tier. • Collaborate with the Creative Team: You will collaborate with editors to flag and correct inconsistencies, quality issues, and ensure smooth execution across all media platforms.

• A proactive and organized professional. • Required technologies (Bodyshop sheet): • Languages: C#; • Databases: Oracle and MongoDB; • Tools: Visual Studio 2019, Azure DevOps, Appium, Android Studio (Emulator), RestSharp, Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Git; • Types of Tests: Functional, Integrated, Exploratory, Security, Performance and Load; • Test Automation Technologies: C#, Web, API, Service, Mobile and Desktop; • Solid knowledge of testing processes and software quality to ensure the quality and usability of IT-developed products and customer satisfaction; • Create test plans that expose critical issues; • Write test cases in BDD; • Report defects (nonconformities) and suggest improvements; • Develop automated test scripts; • Create queries to retrieve large sets of test data; • Maintain the test automation framework; • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD); • Good interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication; • Act as technical support for other analysts; • Expertise with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; • Strong teamwork skills, interpersonal relationships, and verbal and written communication; • Having certifications in Testing is a plus: CTFL (Foundation Level) and CTFL-AT (Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester).
