Role Description The Advanced Business Admin Specialist is responsible for managing complex data, financial budgets, administrative tasks, and project coordination with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient operations and supporting organizational goals. This role requires advanced knowledge of industry practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools such as Power BI and Excel. - Familiarity with AI tools and technologies and applying them to business processes. - Background in budget management, financial forecasting, or performance reporting. - Experience coordinating projects or serving as a liaison across multiple business functions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI. Requirements - Identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve day-to-day work processes. - Supporting budget development, monitoring, and status reporting across the organization. - Building charts, graphics, and dashboards that inform key organizational decisions. - Coordinating cross-functional projects with teams spanning Business, Finance, Facilities, IT, HR, and Security. - Contributing directly to departmental and program goals in a mission-critical environment. TEHORA is currently seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to contribute to the administration, maintenance, evolution, and optimization of Oracle databases. The successful candidate may be assigned on-demand engagements within a complex, cloud-oriented technology environment. Without being exhaustive, the services and deliverables the successful candidate will be expected to provide include: • Administer and maintain Oracle databases; • Ensure data security, integrity, availability, and performance; • Participate in Oracle migration activities, ideally in a Windows environment; • Collaborate on initiatives to facilitate migration to the cloud; • Document physical models and update tables when required; • Write installation guides and all relevant technical documentation; • Perform monitoring activities necessary for smooth operations; • Diagnose incidents, propose fixes, and support IT teams.
• Administer PostgreSQL databases • Perform quality assurance and support the development of data models • Act as a performance, data operations and connection-management consultant • Advise teams on SQL query optimization • Contribute to the development of SQL coding rules and naming conventions • Create base schemas or containers in on-premises or cloud environments • Support the development of scripts for provisioning, updating or deploying database environments • Monitor cloud database service consumption and advise on cost optimization
