• Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking ICSR as required. • Assists in the processing of ICSRs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project/program-specific safety plans as required. • Triages ICSRs, evaluates ICSR data for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory report ability. • Codes events, medical history, concomitant medications, and tests. Compiles complete narrative summaries. • Identifies information to be queried and follows up until information is obtained and queries are satisfactorily resolved. • Assists in the generation of timely, consistent, and accurate reporting of expedited reports in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. • Maintains safety tracking for assigned activities. • Performs literature screening and review for safety, drug coding, maintenance of drug dictionary, MedDRA coding as required.

• Provide practical, day-to-day EHS support and guidance across UK&I service operations, projects, and integration activities. • Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and contractual requirements. • Work closely with operational teams to identify risks and implement effective control measures. • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of actions. • Support the rollout of EHS initiatives and contribute to the consistent application of EHS standards across sites. • Promote a strong safety culture by engaging directly with employees and encouraging safe behaviours. • Participate in and support incident investigations, helping identify root causes and preventative actions. • Assist in the development and delivery of EHS training and toolbox talks. • Support the management of subcontractor safety, including prequalification and on-site performance monitoring. • Contribute to the preparation and review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). • Maintain accurate records within internal EHS reporting systems. • Support EHS communication through clear, practical, and engaging messaging. • Assist with EHS certification and compliance processes.

• Conduct field safety audits, inspections, and ride-alongs with Field Service Engineers across Europe • Coach employees and field leaders on safe work practices, hazard recognition, Lockout/Tagout, machine safeguarding, ergonomics, and contractor safety • Serve as the regional subject matter expert for customer health and safety requirements, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and maintained • Develop and standardize safety programs, SOPs, RAMS, JHAs, risk assessments, forms, and customer-required documentation • Conduct compliance audits and identify opportunities to improve safety performance and standardization • Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Manage regional safety data within VelocityEHS, including incidents, inspections, hazards, and corrective actions • Partner with Works Councils, customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to support regional compliance initiatives • Monitor changes in European health and safety regulations and recommend improvements • Travel throughout Europe (approximately 20%) to support field operations and customer sites
