OFSAA Basel Functional Consultant

Role Description Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Basel Regulatory Capital and Risk Management. - Conduct requirement workshops with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance teams. - Perform gap analysis between regulatory requirements and OFSAA product capabilities. - Configure and support OFSAA Basel modules and regulatory reporting solutions. - Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), BRD, and FRD. - Support Basel computations including: - Credit Risk - Market Risk - Operational Risk - Capital Adequacy - Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) - Ensure compliance with Basel II, Basel III, Basel IV, and local regulatory guidelines. - Work closely with technical teams on: - Data sourcing and mapping - Data lineage and reconciliation - Rule configuration and validation - Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities. - Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validation documents. - Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops. - Provide post-go-live support and enhancement recommendations. Qualifications - Hands-on experience in OFSAA ERM modules: - Basel Regulatory Capital - Basel Regulatory Reporting - LRM (Liquidity Risk Management) - FSDF (preferred) - Experience in OFSAA implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
