• End-to-end responsibility for evolving the Kubernetes platform (GKE) — from cluster design and workload patterns to multi-region resilience • Define the technology roadmap and transparently document architecture decisions using ADRs • Build, operate and secure modern deployment pipelines and GitOps workflows • Define, provision and maintain cloud infrastructure automated via Terraform • Establish comprehensive monitoring solutions and implement secret management • Integrate and operate modern identity and access systems in close coordination with internal teams • Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance and consistent implementation of Zero Trust principles

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience operating Google Kubernetes Engine or other hyperscalers in production
  • Confident in using Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD/Flux, GitLab CI or equivalent, Prometheus/Grafana, Vault
  • You think in declarative patterns, immutable infrastructure and automated feedback loops
  • Experience with IAM concepts, OIDC, SAML, mTLS or Workload Identity is a clear plus
  • Ability to represent platform decisions and architectures to stakeholders
