The Role We’re looking for a Partnership Manager with a demonstrable record of success in managing key partnerships to drive more brand presence, content creation, leads, and new customers. You will be responsible for expanding existing partnerships and finding and managing new strategic relationships to drive referrals and thought leadership/content creation (white papers, webinars, panels, and more). You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with sales, marketing, and business development to meet your objectives and drive referrals and brand awareness from our partners. Responsibilities: Form a deep understanding of our startup ecosystem and the services we offer Enable, expand, and further monetize an existing set of strategic partners Enable and engage partners by creating thought leadership content - blog posts, webinars, etc., and through events, panels, parties, etc. Design effective partner co-marketing campaigns and materials with the help of marketing Put in processes to track partner engagement, referrals, and joint content creation Perform monthly and quarterly partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts Requirements: 401(k) with a company match to ensure you are ready for retirement. Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of partner, business development, or channel sales experience. Applicable marketing experience also works
  • Proven record of building successful partnership relationships that drive actual results
  • Industry experience - startup ecosystem or SaaS
  • Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully and efficiently manage a wide variety of relationships
  • History of managing projects in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization

As we expand our Partnerships organizations, we’re adding a Partner Manager to deepen relationships with key ecosystem partners including Salesforce, AWS, and Hubspot, and to help drive growth in both Commercial and Public Sector markets. The Partner Manager will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, focusing on partner sourced and influenced revenue, joint go-to-market enablement, and attribution tracking. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and partner success and is ideal for someone who thrives in building trust based relationships within large partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Partner Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned ecosystem partners (Saleforce, AWS, Hubspot) Build and execute partner account plans including revenue targets, enablement objectives, and marketing activities. Conduct regular QBRs to review pipeline, performance, and sourced vs. influenced attribution Align partner priorities with FormAssembly’s GTM Strategy across verticals. Especially Public Sector, NonProfit, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Higher Education though expressly not limited to those verticals. Drive Attribution & Pipeline Growth Drive measurable growth in partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline through co-selling, co-marketing, and joint pursuits. Log and validate all influenced and sourced opportunities in Salesforce CRM for clean attribution. Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams on account coverage and opportunity management. Maintain transparent forecasts and attribution data for Finance and RevOps review. Ecosystem Expertise Salesforce (Primary): Understand the AppExchange landscape, SI/VAR partner models, and Salesforce co-sell alignment. AWS:  Manage AWS marketplace listings, AWS ACE pipeline entries, and work with AWS Partner Development Managers. HubSpot: Support Hubspot integration awareness, enablement, and collaboration with Hubspot Solutions Partners and HUG communities. Public Sector (Value Add Experience) Knowledge of Public Sector procurement models, compliance frameworks (FedRamp, IL4 DoD), agency buying cycles is a strong plus. Experience working with Public Sector focused partners (e.g., Carahsoft, Accenture Federal Services, Booze Allen, Leidos, etc.) highly valued. Ability to align partner strategies with government contract vehicles and Public Sector GTM initiatives. Partner Enablement & Co-Marketing Enable partners on FormAssembly’s value proposition, security posture, and integrations. Develop and deliver “Better together stories” and vertical specific use cases. Identify and execute MDF Funded campaigns and ecosystem co-marketing opportunities. Represent FormAssembly at partner and ecosystem events (Dreamforce, AWS Summits, Hubspot INBOUND, Public Sector Summits…) Internal Collaboration Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activity with business objectives.
