Role Description We’re looking for a creative, hands-on intern who wants to learn how digital marketing works in real life - testing ideas, building assets, launching ads, and turning data into learnings. What You’ll Do - Support email marketing (segmentation, copy, campaign setup) - Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns - Create ad creatives (copy, visuals, short videos) - Build and publish ads in Meta Ads Manager - Develop and test new hooks/angles; support A/B testing & reporting - Improve our online shop (product pages, visuals, messaging) - Research creative inspiration and influencer/affiliate opportunities Qualifications - Strong interest in paid social, content, and e-commerce - Solid writing + creative eye - Hands-on mindset, fast learner - Basic experience with Canva / CapCut / Meta is a plus - Mandatory internship requirement from your university (proof needed) - German & English language skills required Mentorship You’ll work closely with Michelle (Head of Marketing) with daily guidance + structured weekly check-ins.
