Role Description This is a founding leadership role at an early-stage neurotechnology company. You will drive the technical roadmap and scale the engineering team while working closely with company leadership on product direction and iteration. You'll own everything from infrastructure and reliability to engineering culture and hiring. This role requires someone deeply hands-on who can zoom out to set architecture and roadmap direction, and zoom in to ship code alongside the team. You should have lived through 0→1 product development and have strong instincts about when to build for scale versus moving fast and iterating later.
