This position involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting with inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. - Provide professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding Imperial Brands' products and services. - Assist customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and after-sales support. - Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions within the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently. - Stay informed about product developments, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information. - Contribute feedback to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
