Role Description As the Contract Manager, you will own the contract lifecycle from the moment a sponsorship deal closes. You will: - Review incoming brand contracts - Draft creator agreements - Manage negotiations and redlines - Coordinate signatures - Ensure all agreements are aligned and executed efficiently - Act as a critical point of coordination between creators, brand legal teams, creator managers, and internal stakeholders Qualifications - LLB - Admitted Attorney - 2-3 years PQE in strong commercial legal background - Experience handling high-volume commercial contracts (40+ contracts per month preferred) - Strong understanding of US commercial contracts - Proven ability to identify legal inconsistencies and contractual risks - Excellent written English communication skills - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously Requirements - Exceptionally detail-oriented and quality-focused - Highly organised and process-driven - Commercially minded with sound legal judgment - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of deadlines - A fast learner with the ability to quickly adopt new systems and technology - Strong in stakeholder engagement and negotiation Benefits - Market Related Salary
