Job Description
Data Delivery Analyst
Unacast
• Configure delivery jobs utilizing various AWS services along with internal software in order to support custom deliveries and new customer onboarding • Interact with clients regarding data delivery communications, answering questions about the data delivered, etc. • API Key creation, support for API customers, and monitoring usage metrics • Pulling data to support customer needs from internal proprietary platform and SnowFlake (SQL) • Participate in the QA process to ensure data output meets customer requirements • Conducting analysis using Snowflake SQL for either customer or internal support • Create analysis summaries, data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Google Sheets
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of SQL experience with the ability to write moderately complex SQL queries
- Experience in interacting with and responding to customer questions with strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Proficiency working in Cloud services (Amazon Web Services is preferred) and utilizing its many services
- Well versed in analyzing projects, developing tasks and analyzing task requirements for completeness
- Excellent organizational and progress-tracking skills
- Experienced in working both on your own and in a team environment to effectively complete tasks with limited guidance
- Demonstrated attention to detail in following operational processes and documenting procedures and completion of tasks
- Evidence of being a quick and eager learner and a willingness to jump in with two feet to make sure that the job gets done well
- Experience working in a Snowflake SQL environment
- Experience with Linux/Unix command line
- Experience with data analytics and data visualization
- Familiarity with Python, R or JavaScript
- Experience with Tableau or other Data Visualization software
- Team and customer service oriented, innovative, open-minded to the solution set, and driven to deliver solutions that meet or exceed requirements.
