• Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations • Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements • Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate • Provide 24/7 support when scheduled • Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Compensation sub-team • Recommend new hire salary offers and pay rate changes • Perform internal compression analyses • Analyze ASPCA data for external compensation surveys • Provide Workday time tracking support to staff and managers • Ensure all Workday changes are transmitted to payroll weekly • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of compensation systems

• Operate as a member of the Engineering Continuous Improvement Process and Tools teams • Analyze, define, document, assess, and scrutinize the processes and tools used to deliver technology solutions • Identify areas for potential improvement • Collaborate and contribute to all project activities required to accomplish meaningful improvements • Conduct research and interviews needed to shape and validate improvement recommendations • Participate in improvement projects ensuring project participants understand the process modifications needed • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results • Author and review supporting documentation including job aids and communications • Learn the process domain to better support the business

• Respond to DLP alerts, monitor DLP consoles and analyze security events to identify potential data loss incidents. • Hands-on investigation and threat hunting in SIEM, UEBA and DLP tools. • Respond to alerts from AI security tools for monitoring and protection. • Respond to AI-related security incidents or abuse. • Conduct in-depth investigations of suspected insider threat incidents, including unauthorized access, data exfiltration, and policy violations. • Regularly review and fine-tune DLP and UEBA rules/policies to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy. • Develop and implement insider threat detection use cases, alert rules, and incident response playbooks. • Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings, risk assessments, and recommended remediation actions. • Assess potential insider threats by evaluating the risks associated with users, data, and systems. • Participate in data protection audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to DLP. • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives by documenting case studies from DLP and UEBA incidents. • Assist business units in identifying sensitive data and map out potential leakage points. • Gathers documentation and contributes to the Global Insider Threat Management Team knowledge base. • Organizes and facilitates cross-function insider threat project alignment with all applicable stakeholders to accomplish common goals. • Duties as assigned.
