Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Data Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the design, integration, and maintenance of enterprise data systems that drive supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Workday, ETL and agentic automation tools , leveraging them to support data analysis, reporting, and system processes. They will provide data insights, support system configuration, and help resolve complex data-related issues to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality information across the organization. Qualifications - Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical, business and healthcare experience. - A minimum of eight years increasingly responsible ETL work. - Expert knowledge of data warehouse concepts, dimensional data modeling and complex interdependent SQL processes. - Advanced knowledge and skills in ETL concept, design and development using data integration tools. - Experience working in a large data warehouse environment with complex data models. - Strong problem solving and data analysis skills. - Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in large scale project planning and reporting either individual or team. - Requires communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. - Requires ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels. - Skills to mentor less experienced team members. Requirements - As is typical in this industry, variable shifts and hours and carrying/responding to a pager may be required.
