Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
- Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment.
- Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
- Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment.
- Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.
