O que você vai fazer: - Desenvolver e manter APIs e microsserviços utilizando Java e Spring Boot; - Participar da definição e evolução da arquitetura das aplicações; - Trabalhar com arquitetura orientada a eventos e processamento assíncrono; - Implementar integrações entre sistemas e serviços; - Desenvolver soluções seguindo princípios SOLID e boas práticas de engenharia de software; - Criar e manter testes unitários e testes de integração; - Atuar com bancos de dados relacionais, garantindo performance e integridade das informações; - Participar das cerimônias ágeis e colaborar com o time em ambientes Scrum/Kanban; - Apoiar a identificação e correção de problemas em produção; - Contribuir com melhorias contínuas na qualidade, performance e observabilidade das aplicações. Qualifications - Experiência com Java 8+; - Experiência com Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data, Spring Cloud e Spring Security; - Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços; - Experiência com arquitetura orientada a eventos (assincronismo); - Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais; - Experiência com testes unitários e integração; - Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban); - Conhecimento em princípios SOLID e boas práticas de desenvolvimento. Requirements - Conhecer padrões de projeto (Design Patterns); - Possuir experiência com bancos não relacionais; - Já tiver atuado com mecanismos de cache (Redis); - Conhecer armazenamento orientado a objetos (S3 ou similar); - Possuir vivência com orquestração de containers (Kubernetes); - Conhecer ferramentas de logs e monitoramento (ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace). • Independently guide the technical direction and implementation by the whole team within defined architecture in all stages from conceptualization to deployment. • Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of the right solution, with client success at the forefront. • Create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including tasks such as creating branches, pull requests, merges, etc. • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide necessary oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy and direction. • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability. • Be an active leader in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring Senior Engineers and others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
