The Players Fund
Role Description The Players Fund (TPF) is hiring a Founders Technical Associate to work directly with one of the founders. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role focused on operations, systems building, and value creation across the platform. The best version of this role continuously automates and elevates itself into more strategic work over time. You will gain exposure across venture capital, sports partnerships, and athlete/artist engagement — operating at the centre of how TPF functions. - Founder Operations: - Manage inbox, calendar, communications and day-to-day administrative flow - Coordinate investor updates and stakeholder communications - Support execution across partnerships and strategic initiatives - Systems & Automation: - Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows - Build automations and internal systems to reduce friction - Architect scalable processes across fund operations and partnerships - Technical Builds: - Develop and manage workflows using tools such as Supabase, N8N and APIs - Implement light coding solutions where needed - Support internal data infrastructure and reporting systems - Community & Platform Value Creation: - Create value for athletes, founders, investors and partners - Support rightsholder programmes and portfolio companies - Assist with events, partnership activations and ecosystem engagement This is a dynamic role. One week you may be coordinating investor communications; the next building deal flow automations; the next supporting an event activation.
