Contract Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

• Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic and user behavior using tools such as A/B testing platforms, Google Analytics, and heatmaps. • Identify areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user journey, and develop strategies to optimize these areas. • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop and execute conversion optimization campaigns, including landing page optimization, content optimization, and user experience improvements. • Conduct thorough research on customer behavior and preferences to inform conversion optimization strategies with both User Testing and on-site testing. • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to assess the impact of different optimizations on conversion rates and user experience. • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization efforts. • Monitor website performance metrics, such as bounce rate, time on page, and conversion rates, and identify trends or issues that may impact conversion optimization efforts. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and user experience design. • Collaborate with the web development team to implement technical changes and improvements to the website that will enhance conversion rates. • Provide regular reports and updates on conversion optimization efforts and results to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, and Hotjar.
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
