• Partner closely with account executives on complex sales opportunities, particularly with large enterprise accounts, to provide technical and strategic guidance that aligns with client objectives. • Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert on the CLM industry, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and best practices. • Lead complex, highly customized demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and showcasing the full capabilities of Agiloft’s solutions. • Mentor Solution Consultants across all levels, sharing advanced consulting skills, industry knowledge, and technical best practices to enhance team capabilities. • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development, advocating for enhancements that align with industry trends. • Represent Agiloft at industry events, client meetings, and webinars, contributing to the company’s presence as a thought leader in the CLM space. • Incorporate AI-assisted workflows into deal strategy, demos, and POCs to illustrate measurable customer impact. • Model effective use of productivity AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and coach junior SCs on best practices for AI-augmented presales work.
Job Requirements
- Recognized as a subject matter expert in the CLM space, with deep knowledge of industry best practices and a proven track record of successful enterprise engagements.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in enterprise SaaS and cloud-native architectures, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Proven experience leading successful POCs and custom demonstrations for large enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and convey strategic value propositions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools to synthesize discovery, craft narratives, and accelerate solution design.
- Strong ability to articulate AI use cases, governance considerations, and competitive differentiation in the CLM market.

Role Description The purpose of this consultancy is to support UNICEF Innocenti’s comparative research on formal youth governance mechanisms in national and multilateral arenas, contributing to the learning, documentation, and synthesis agenda connected to the Leading Minds Fellowship on Climate Education.
