Scan Board communication and approval documentation to Cactus provider records. (MSS-013). - Update scheduling system to be consistent with provider data in Cactus. - Submit eSAF system access requests for 3-4 IDs, new access, and changes to existing access, as instructed by the facility or leadership. - Escalates situations timely requiring leadership assistance or guidance.
