Pas de travail le samedi. - Temps de travail au choix : 35h, 37h30 ou 40h hebdo - Tickets restaurant - Fixe SMIC + Primes individuelles motivantes - Après une solide formation initiale, ton responsable t’accompagne au quotidien à distance. En fonction de ta progression et de tes attentes, tes missions seront de plus en plus variées : - Gérer les candidatures de nounous et mener des entretiens téléphoniques - Trouver des missions de garde à nos nounous - Accompagner les nounous et veiller au bon déroulement de la garde. Qualifications - Tu es titulaire d’un bac +2, avec ou sans expérience, tu souhaites t’épanouir dans un poste gratifiant. - Tu as un accès internet haut débit et les conditions appropriées pour le travail à distance. - Tu aimes le challenge et tu possèdes une aisance au téléphone. - Tu es autonome, digne de confiance et tu fais preuve d’initiative. - Tes qualités d’écoute, ton sourire et ton dynamisme te permettent de créer des échanges interactifs et chaleureux avec tes interlocuteurs. - Tu es très à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
