Role Description Non-Instructional Student Support focuses on fostering a high touch approach to educational support and a commitment and desire to provide the best experience possible for students and families including: - Empowering families to increase their involvement and assist in their student’s education - Facilitating engagement in school activities - Providing clear and consistent communication regarding school expectations and activities This remote Engagement Ambassador position is responsible for supporting student engagement through: - Regular student conferences/meetings - Parent contact - Coaching to address both academic and social-emotional needs The position will have an assigned caseload of students with the purpose of removing barriers to academic success. This is a full-time REMOTE position. Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week is required. Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 8-5 or as defined by the school.
