Role Description The Engineering Manager for Web leads the team that builds and maintains Liva's web platform: the coach portal, the administration interface, and the integrations that connect Liva to health systems and employer partners. This is the layer that enterprise customers touch every day, and the quality of it is crucial. - Manage the team: 1:1s, career conversations, performance, hiring. - Own delivery: sprint rhythm, roadmap execution, unblocking engineers. - Own operational urgency: incidents and escalations do not travel past you. - Challenge the team to ask harder questions: not just how to build something, but whether it should be built at all, and for whom. This role is the cultural unlock for the Web team. The shift from internal platform to commercial SaaS starts here. Qualifications - You are technically credible. Engineers respect your judgment. - You think in outcomes, not outputs. - You own urgency. Incidents, blockers, and operational friction stop with you. - You have managed an engineering team before, with direct people leadership. - You give direct feedback and receive it well. - You are comfortable working remotely across time zones with a distributed team. - You have led a web or full-stack engineering team: React, TypeScript, Node, or similar. - You have experience with integrations: APIs, SSO, enterprise connections, or healthcare data standards are a bonus but not a requirement. - You speak English fluently. Requirements - Built or grown a team from scratch: hired engineers, shaped culture, not just inherited a team. - You have worked in health, wellness, or B2B SaaS before. - You are interested in AI-assisted development and already use it in your workflow. - You have thought seriously about team topologies, platform thinking, or engineering org design. - You have worked with enterprise customers or enterprise integrations before. Benefits - A team that cares about the product, about the mission, and about each other. - Real ownership from day one. - Reporting to the CPTO. - A product with genuine impact. - Fully remote working.

Role Description Liva spent years building and operating as an internal platform for a single health system. That phase taught us how to build something that genuinely works at scale. Now we are in a different phase: commercial SaaS, multiple markets, real competition, and a product that needs to earn its place every day. The Engineering Manager for Mobile leads the team that builds the Liva app used by coaches and participants every day. This is not a process coordinator role. It is a hands-on leadership position that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and delivery. - You will manage the team: 1:1s, career conversations, performance, hiring. - You will own delivery: sprint rhythm, roadmap execution, unblocking engineers. - You will own operational urgency: incidents do not get escalated past you. - You will be the person who models a different way of thinking about the work: from output to outcome, from feature factory to product team. This role is the cultural unlock for the Mobile team. The shift from internal platform to commercial SaaS starts here. Qualifications - You are technically credible. Engineers respect your judgment. - You think in outcomes, not outputs. - You own urgency. - You have managed an engineering team before, with direct people leadership. - You give direct feedback and receive it well. - You are comfortable working remotely across time zones with a distributed team. - You have led a mobile engineering team: iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, or similar. - You speak English fluently. Requirements - Built or grown a team from scratch: hired engineers, shaped culture. - You have worked in health, wellness, or B2B SaaS before. - You are interested in AI-assisted development and already use it in your workflow. - You have thought seriously about team topologies, platform thinking, or engineering org design. Benefits - A team that cares about the product, about the mission, and about each other. - Real ownership from day one. - Reporting directly to CPTO. - A product with genuine impact. - Fully remote working.
