Chief Training Officer

• Define and execute the firm's training, professional development, curriculum, learning technology, and compliance training roadmap based on COO and practice-group priorities • Serve as the primary training and development partner to the COO and practice heads, turning needs into prioritized learning initiatives and programs • Present training program recommendations and ROI analyses to senior management for funding decisions • Lead, coach, and develop any training staff, instructional designers, and learning coordinators • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for all staff members, including attorneys, legal professionals, case managers, administrative staff, and support personnel • Oversee familiarization training for all employees across all departments • Design and conduct ongoing training sessions tailored to the needs of all practice areas and operational functions • Deliver training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, self-paced, workshops) to accommodate diverse learning styles and schedules • Develop competency assessments and certification programs to measure skill acquisition • Develop and maintain a structured curriculum for all practice areas and operational functions • Conduct an annual curriculum review to ensure alignment with current laws, regulations, technology, and best practices • Implement learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to track training completion and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in training, instructional design, or organizational development roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership across curriculum design, training delivery, professional development, and/or learning technology
- Proven experience leading training and development programs for diverse audiences, including legal professionals, case managers, or professional services teams
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate successful training programs with measurable ROI
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for audiences at all levels
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training technologies
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims. • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day. • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation. • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods. • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings. • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports. • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards. • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected. • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process. • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance. • Ability to think outside the box.
• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to ensure properties get on market quickly • Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process • Review and enter contracts/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly • Manage relationships with title companies and ensure that all settlements are being processed timely • Assist with property marketing including ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties • Partner with the construction department to ensure all projects are completed prior to listing • Assist House Buyers of America’s expansion into new geographic markets • Sign closing documents
