Job Description
Senior EDI Developer
Conduent
• Design, develop, configure, document, test, and debug new and existing EDI systems and applications. • Support and maintain EDIFECS-based healthcare clearinghouse platforms. • Perform CAQH CORE validation and compliance activities. • Configure and validate firewall rules. • Apply recurring ECL releases (quarterly and annual) across multiple environments. • Translate business requirements into system definitions and technical solutions. • Create detailed technical specifications based on conceptual designs and stated requirements. • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) aligned with CMMI Level 3 practices. • Analyze system configuration and end-to-end transactional mappings to identify and resolve issues. • Maintain configuration and version control using Azure DevOps. • Support and maintain ETL platforms across multiple Medicaid state implementations. • Review and respond to critical and non-critical system alerts. • Configure and map ANSI X12N 5010 transaction sets. • Participate in CMMI audits and quality reviews. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of total work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated experience with EDIFECS in a healthcare EDI environment
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12N 5010 transaction sets
- Experience working with Linux, relational databases, reporting tools, and ETL platforms
- Experience using Azure DevOps for configuration and version control
- Working knowledge of CAQH CORE certification requirements
- Familiarity with CMMI standard practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
