You will work with a team of modelling professionals to create, analyse and optimise complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.

Job Requirements

  • Operations:
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and refine assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of Consultants and Managers to ensure model robustness and reliability.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results.
  • Maintain meticulous records of modeling processes and methodologies to uphold our high standards and ensure consistency.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • People:
  • Collaborate closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignments.
  • Communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Simplify complex financial model issues to make them understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications

  • [1-2] years of relevent experiencein a financial analysis role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting.
  • A good appreciation of accounting concepts
  • An understanding of Project Finance concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with a foundation in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
  • Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.

Role Description Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Project Manager to join our Network Operations, Governance & Oversight team. This is a not a tech or IT role; this position will be project management focused. You will lead activities related to Network Operations and initiatives to support Network Contracting functions at Oscar to ensure success. Your responsibilities include: - Organize and lead daily activities for your programs. - Identify, develop and implement program strategy, optimizations and tooling that support the organization's objectives. - Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals. - Oversee implementations end to end to ensure program success. - Drive end-to-end operational excellence to ensure efficient, repeatable processes leading to a sound program. - Leverage subject matter expertise to drive targeted program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution and/or root cause analysis efforts. - Lead, oversee, and coordinate projects and strategic initiatives related to network operations and contracting. - Manage cross-functional work groups that support and optimize end-to-end Network Contracting processes. - Partner with other departments and various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence. - Analyze program risks; anticipate risks and issues, manage escalations, and help resolve risks and issues. - Ensure proper controls and monitoring are in place for your program. - Work with leadership and program stakeholders to lead program retros and assess program strengths and weaknesses. - Ensure proper metrics are in place to measure program success. - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 4+ years of program and project management in the health insurance space. - 4+ years experience in change management and process improvement. - 2+ years in provider relations/provider contracting space.
