Project Coordinator

• Review project proposals, ensure projects adhere to contract language, and issue and track project amendment documentation. • Perform technical support including project scheduling and planning, earned value management, budget review/cost analysis, and change of scope impact analysis. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to deliver according to established project timelines and project governance. • Work with leadership to prioritize work across projects. • Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. • Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers and leadership. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and programs and assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology. • Coordinate training of the final customer solution in collaboration with our Training & Enablement team. • Identify and share opportunities to improve processes, templates and tools to scale project management and implementation processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of project coordinator experience within a SaaS organization.
- Knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies and deliverables, including proficiency using Project Management tools to track, assign and manage tasks.
- Understanding of SaaS implementation, configuration, integration and migration techniques.
- Knowledge of data gathering, validation and preparation techniques.
- Organization and time management skills for managing multiple projects and assignments.
- Business and productivity tools such as presentation, document, spreadsheet, project and task management software.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality experience and knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Accounting, etc).
- Proficiency using Agile Project Management tools to track, assign and manage tasks.

This role will require the candidate to be available an average of 10-16 hours a week and must be available in-person for the faculty institute.
