Scrum Master
Inadev
• Acts as the scrum master for the team and runs one or more scrum teams consisting of various technical roles. • Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules for upcoming priorities. • Performs systems development lifecycle activities including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. • Follow best practices and improve upon procedures using analytical thinking and communication techniques. • Assist with requirements and prioritization activities including elicitation, analysis, design, and testing in a data environment. • Participate in strategic planning and evaluate technical solutions. • Evaluate workflows, organization, and technology problems and help the team develop solutions. • Be the Subject-Matter Expert (SME) on business requirements and scrum processes. • Own the prioritization of stories as set by the PO and ensure deadlines are met. • Conduct all agile scrum ceremonies.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have the ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance.
- Must be open to working during Eastern Standard Time business hours to meet customer requirements.
- Must currently reside in the Continental United States.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of pertinent experience as a Scrum Master.
- Must have extensive experience working within Agile Frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Must possess a basic understanding of public cloud environments.
- Extremely proficient in creating status reports to include but not limited to Sprint Status, Release Status, burndown and burnup charts, sprint dashboards, roadmaps, risks, mitigation & issues.
