Job Requirements
- Possess a hunter's mindset, excellent work ethic, an engaging and competitive personality, and a great attitude.
- Work a traditional 40-hour schedule from a distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
- State residency in FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.

• Collaborate with the Quvia Support team to manage and resolve escalations • Serve as a key liaison between Quvia, the customer, and service providers • Partner with the Quvia Product team to review and address customer feedback • Fulfill ad hoc operational reporting requests • Collaborate directly with customers' operational and revenue teams • Serve as the transition point from the Go-to-Market (GTM) team to Project Management for all contracted services • Maintain regular engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
