Role Description We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead. You are a technical authority who shapes what gets built and how. At Landmark, that means owning the technical direction for products that oil and gas operators use for high-stakes engineering decisions. - Work under broad direction, making architecture decisions that hold up over time. - Raise the quality and capability of the teams around you. - Collaborate closely with Product Management and architects on new application design and major enhancements. - Serve as the first technical escalation point for complex issues. - Shape the technical direction of the products and platforms you own across near-term and long-term planning horizons. - Scope major technical work: estimate effort, identify risks, and define the delivery approach. - Design and build new applications and major enhancements in partnership with Product Management and architects. - Evaluate architecture and implementation for performance, scalability, and security weaknesses, driving improvements through to resolution. - Lead design and code reviews with a focus on long-term quality. - Mentor engineers at junior and mid levels through code reviews and technical guidance. - Own security for your area: set coding standards and drive fixes to completion. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. - 10 or more years of software development experience. - Deep proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#/F# (.NET), C++, Python, or TypeScript (React/Angular/Node.js). - Experience designing and owning the architecture of a complex software system or major subsystem. - A track record of providing technical leadership across a team or product area. - Strong communication skills to explain technical trade-offs clearly. Requirements - Experience with cloud-native development, full-stack or web application development, or data platform technologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation. - Background in technically complex or scientifically demanding application domains. - Experience integrating machine learning, generative AI, or LLM-based components into production systems. - Experience contributing to open-source projects or integrating open-source components at scale. - Energy industry experience is not required but is a strong plus. Benefits - Competitive compensation including bonus and long-term incentive programs. - Strong career path opportunities. - Autonomy to make real technical decisions. - High-ownership teams with a focus on quality.
Engineering Product Manager, Cloud Control Studio
CiscoWe securely connect everything to make anything possible.
Role Description This role will be remote to the San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA location. Cisco's AI Software & Platform Group is building the platform for AI app development, first for Cisco's own teams and now, increasingly, for partners and the third-party developers building on Cisco. Cloud Control Studio is the experience on top of it: the place where anyone, from engineers to non-technical builders to AI agents, can build anything. You own how builders create in Cloud Control Studio: - How someone goes from a prompt to a running, production-grade app. - Your scope spans both the free and the paid capabilities of that experience. This is a senior role defined by ownership rather than task lists. You shape the strategy for the experience and carry accountability for where it goes, working closely with engineering and the partners around you. Studio is also a business. You own the commercial model: - Which capabilities are free, which are paid, and how the two fit together. - You own monetization and partnerships, and you carry the number the way a general manager carries theirs. You will be measured on outcomes that matter: - How many builders reach a shipped app and how fast. - Adoption across both free and paid. - Revenue against commit. - The health of the ecosystem building on Studio. Qualifications - 8+ years in product management or an equivalent discipline, including owning a product or experience end to end with accountability for both adoption and business or revenue outcomes. - Hands-on software engineering background. - You have shipped production code and can earn the trust and respect of senior engineers on technical merits. - Demonstrated experience taking a product from concept to a shipping, widely adopted state with real commercial outcomes. Requirements - Domain depth in AI application platforms and app builders, including prompt-to-app or agentic app-generation products. - Hands-on experience using AI coding agents, and a feel for how AI is reshaping the way software gets built. - Comfort owning a major ecosystem or model-provider relationship end to end. - Experience unifying multiple product surfaces into one experience that feels like a single product. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with the range to speak credibly to internal teams and external customers and stakeholders alike. Benefits - Medical, dental and vision insurance. - 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution. - Paid parental leave. - Short and long-term disability coverage. - Basic life insurance. - 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees. - 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday. - Paid year-end holiday shutdown. - 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco. - 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year for non-exempt employees. - Flexible vacation time off program for exempt employees. - 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter. - Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer.
