Role Description The Staff Cybersecurity Architect – Data Security & Data Loss Prevention is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, validating, and continuously measuring enterprise data security posture, data protection controls, and reference architectures. This role ensures data protection controls are embedded throughout endpoint, identity, collaboration, storage, data platforms, and cryptographic trust services, applying secure by design and zero trust principles across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments. The Data Security & Data Loss Prevention architect operates at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and audit readiness, proactively translating regulatory and business risk into deployable, testable, and measurable controls. The architect will champion controls that are not only well designed but operationalized, continuously validated, and demonstrably effective. Through close collaboration with platform stakeholders and service owners, the role advances the organization’s data protection maturity while enabling scalable, audit ready defenses. Role Description We are seeking a Project Officer to support the next phase of payments development in Singapore, in particular, with a focus on driving the operational readiness of the Singapore Payments Network (SPaN). SPaN was set up by MAS and the Association of Banks in Singapore in 2025 to provide strong governance over national and cross-border payment schemes, promote continuous payments innovation and encourage active collaboration among key industry players. The Project Officer will support the delivery of a national payment project, working closely with industry stakeholders, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful implementation within scope and timeline. This is a fully remote role. What you will be working on - Shape the national strategies and plans for the development of Singapore’s payment infrastructures, ensuring their current resilience and capacity to enable market participants to capture opportunities in the payment landscape of the future. - Analyse key trends driving payments innovation, cross-border payments, understand governance models and investments in payments infrastructures made by other countries, and derive lessons for Singapore. - Work closely with payments ecosystem stakeholders to co-create payment strategies, obtain buy-in for Singapore’s strategic interests, and coordinate implementation of these strategies. - Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for successful implementation of the project, including managing expectations and building trust and shared objectives between different stakeholder groups. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technology or related field.
