Role Description This is a part-time non-Union contract position scheduled to instruct 3 client cohorts, consisting of 20 hours per week for 8 weeks. Qualifications - TESL Ontario Certified. - Post-secondary diploma or degree in Social Services, Career Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching ESL or LINC at the higher CLB levels. - In-depth knowledge of and experience using the Canadian Language Benchmarks and the LINC curriculum guidelines or the Curriculum Guidelines for the Ontario Adult Non-Credit Language Training Program. - Previous experience providing online facilitation or online course delivery.
