Vice President Sales

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to drive strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement within the Telecommunications, Energy, and Data Center/Edge Enclosure markets. This role leads both Sales and Marketing teams and plays a key part in developing solution-based sales initiatives. - Lead and develop Regional Sales teams and solution-based sales efforts. - Manage customer relationships and ensure strong service and retention. - Drive revenue growth, quotas, and budgeting. - Attract and retain national accounts. - Maintain CRM activity and reporting. - Provide direction for Sales and Marketing departments. - Offer technical guidance related to enclosure solutions and network integration. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of sales management experience in Telecommunications or CATV. - Experience managing distributors and rep firms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong communication and leadership skills. Requirements - Travel required: 30–50%. - Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and follow all safety procedures. - Role includes managing multiple direct reports.
