Job Description

Sales Director - Enterprise Insurance Software

Majesco

Role Description As a Sales Director, you will own and grow strategic enterprise relationships, driving multi-million-dollar revenue across a portfolio of high-value accounts. This is a role for a seller who is energized by helping clients rethink legacy systems and unlock new value through innovation. You will operate as a trusted advisor—translating complex business challenges into measurable outcomes and positioning Majesco as a long-term transformation partner. What You’ll Do - Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from pipeline creation through deal close—for complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. - Build and execute account strategies that drive new business, expansion, and long-term revenue growth. - Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, technology landscape, and transformation priorities. - Cultivate executive-level relationships (CIO, COO, Digital leaders) and position Majesco as a strategic partner of choice. - Lead complex deal cycles, including RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder alignment. - Partner cross-functionally with presales, delivery, alliances, and leadership teams to drive deal momentum and win outcomes. - Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, account-based strategies, and partner collaboration. - Translate customer challenges into compelling, value-based narratives aligned to business impact and ROI. - Connect Majesco’s capabilities in AI, cloud, and digital platforms to real client outcomes and transformation goals. - Provide market and customer insights to inform product strategy and solution positioning. Qualifications - 6 plus years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software sales, with ownership of complex, high-value deals. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. - Experience managing full-cycle sales processes, including pipeline generation, deal strategy, and contract negotiation. - Strong ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders. - Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling approaches. - High level of business acumen with the ability to align solutions to customer outcomes. - Experience working across matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional alignment. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Bonus Points - Experience selling into insurance carriers (P&C or Life & Annuity), or other regulated industries. - Exposure to AI-driven solutions, cloud platforms, APIs, or digital transformation initiatives. What Success Looks Like - You consistently build and maintain a qualified pipeline that supports predictable revenue performance. - You close complex, multi-million-dollar deals by aligning solutions to clear business outcomes. - You expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and deepening executive relationships. - You establish credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and are viewed as a trusted advisor, not a vendor. - You effectively navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and maintain momentum. - You help clients move forward on modernization and innovation initiatives, including adoption of AI-driven capabilities. - You bring market insight back into the organization to influence strategy, positioning, and product direction. Benefits - Opportunity to help reshape an industry undergoing rapid transformation through AI and digital innovation. - Sell high-impact, transformation-led solutions into enterprise organizations. - Work alongside experts across insurance, SaaS, and emerging technologies. - A culture that values ownership, accountability, and measurable outcomes. - Competitive compensation aligned to enterprise sales performance. - Remote-first flexibility with national reach. What Majesco Offers - Annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000. - Comprehensive employee benefits package with most coverage starting Day One, including: - Medical, dental & vision insurance. - Employer-funded HSA coordinating with a high-deductible health plan. - FSA, short-term/long-term disability. - Life/AD&D insurance. - 401(k), flexible time off, paid sick days and 11 paid holidays. - Paid parental/bonding leave and career anniversary leave. - Other voluntary benefits.
