• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Audit employee tax setups, including multi-state and local taxation • Manage payroll corrections, including W-2C processing and amended tax filings • Assist with calculating the organization’s payroll on a regular basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) using ADP Workforce Now • Process timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately • Maintain and update payroll information, including employee records and payroll adjustments • Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements • Prepare manual checks and wire requests as needed • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data • Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to payroll
