Role Description Klick is seeking a Freelance Studio Artist to support digital studio work across email, websites, banners, and other digital design deliverables. This role partners with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, UX, Developers, CRM, Operations, and Science & Regulatory teams to produce accurate, accessible, and polished digital files. The successful candidate will bring strong production design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver organised, specification-ready files across multiple projects. - Produce final digital files for email, websites, banners, and other digital deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch. - Apply existing creative templates, design systems, accessibility guidance, and production specifications to create accurate digital assets. - Review files for layout, typography, colour, consistency, links, naming conventions, and delivery requirements before handoff. - Collaborate with Creative, UX, Development, CRM, Operations, and Science & Regulatory stakeholders to resolve feedback and maintain file integrity. - Manage project priorities, timelines, version control, and organised file structures from initiation through final delivery. Qualifications - 2+ years of studio production artist or digital production design experience across freelance, agency, or permanent roles. - Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills with portfolio examples showing accurate digital production across email, web, banners, or similar deliverables. - Hands-on experience using Figma or Sketch to build, revise, and prepare digital design files for production. - Demonstrated understanding of web and digital production requirements, including accessibility, design systems, file specifications, and developer handoff. - Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese, with evidence of producing or reviewing design assets in multilingual environments. Requirements - Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done. - Experience working with creative agencies, healthcare communications, pharmaceutical clients, or regulated review processes. - Basic understanding of HTML, GitHub, Abstract, or other code-level version control tools. - Experience troubleshooting production issues with designers, developers, CRM teams, and operations stakeholders. - Strong colour knowledge, typographic judgement, and experience applying brand guidelines across digital deliverables.
