Role Description As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — handling enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently great experience. You don't need to be a sales expert; you do need to enjoy talking to people and solving problems. Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally and promptly - Resolve complaints and escalate where necessary, following company procedures - Update customer records accurately in the CRM after each interaction - Meet daily call-handling targets and quality standards - Support outbound follow-up calls as needed - Work closely with team leaders to identify and flag recurring issues Qualifications - Experience with customer-facing roles, ideally in a call centre environment - Clear, professional spoken English with strong listening skills - Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools - A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations with care Benefits - R13,000–R16,000 per month (depending on experience) - Fully remote — work from anywhere in South Africa - Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) - Supportive team with ongoing training and feedback Company Description Remote World connects South African talent with UK employers.

Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills Requirements - Previous customer service experience - Ability to multitask while communicating on the phone and in writing with patients - Warm, professional & friendly disposition - Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Dental knowledge is a plus - 1 year dental experience (desirable) - Genesys, Google Workspace, Advanced computer skills, telephone (desirable) - Any offer of employment is contingent upon the Company’s determination that the candidate has successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen.
