The Role: Principal, Experience Designer (AI Specialist) As the Principal, AI Experience Designer, you will help drive the evolution of our product philosophy from static interactions into a world of agentic workflows and multimodal feedback loops. • Oversee and execute all aspects of the new client implementation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting clients up for long-term success • Manage the rollout of new products and innovations for existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption • Handle client configuration requests in partnership with the Client Success team to support ongoing client needs and optimize platform usage • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing implementation strategies, client operations, and project management practices • Develop and present recommendations to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall client implementation experience • Maintain accurate and timely task management, documentation, and status updates within SalesForce, Wrike, Trello, and other internal Valenz tools

• Partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Cloudflare’s portfolio (Security, Networking and Developer Platforms). • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle, maintaining a continuous, deep relationship with key stakeholders from initial onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion. • Own the long-term technical relationship across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring continuous alignment between the customer’s evolving business goals and our product roadmap. • Carry a variable quota tied directly to new business acquisition and/or ongoing account growth. • Act as an "AI-Augmented" engineer.
