• Configuring the Thynk product on customer Salesforce orgs: page layouts, permission sets, validation rules, custom fields and objects, record types, list views, Flow Builder automations, reports and dashboards — using Salesforce declarative tools. • Performing data manipulation and migration tasks: data loading, cleansing, deduplication, and ETL of customer data via Data Loader, Workbench and similar tools; building SOQL queries to inspect, validate and report on records. • Driving AI-augmented migrations and document workflows — starting with the PDFButler → Thynk e-proposal & document generator transition across customer accounts, using Claude (Cowork, Code) and scripting to parse, map, and regenerate templates at scale. • Building lightweight internal tooling and AI assistants to accelerate recurring PS work: prompts, agents, small scripts, evaluation harnesses. • Supporting and running technical workshops, UAT cycles, and configuration reviews with customers in English — bridging the gap between business requirements and Salesforce implementation. • Troubleshooting customer issues during implementation and post-go-live , working closely with Implementation Leads, Customer Success Managers and the Engineering team. • Documenting configuration decisions, customer-specific setups, and reusable AI prompts / scripts in our internal knowledge base (Notion + Salesforce documentation).

Role Description Lead projects for insurance customers and grow your consulting career. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role - you'll be front and centre, leading conversations, presenting designs, and building relationships. In this role, you will: - Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document their needs, create user stories and design documents - Create prototypes to show customers before development begins - Conduct demos of work completed by the development team and collect feedback - Assist during UAT to ensure everything works as expected - Train customers on new functionality and help them get comfortable with the system - Assist with data imports and migrations Qualifications - 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience - Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments (not just one company or customer) - Background working for smaller boutique agencies where you've juggled multiple projects simultaneously - Strong technical understanding - whether that's from being a Salesforce admin, developer, or consultant - Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport - Ability to create documentation like user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams Requirements - Brownie points for insurance or financial services industry experience - Previous technical experience with other software products before Salesforce (other CRMs, software development, web development, marketing technology) - Solution architect background Benefits - $5,000-7,000 per month* based on experience and skill level.
