FP&A Analyst I
Grupo Boticário
• Support the financial viability of new products and innovations for the International Business units of Grupo Boticário, assisting in the preparation of gross margin analyses and consolidation of data for approval committees; • Monitor and update topline results management (from GMV to Gross Margin) for brands and categories in International, ensuring the accuracy of historical and projected data; • Analyze opportunities for cost reduction and improved profitability; • Actively participate in routine automation, supporting the transition from manual reports to self-service dashboards and optimizing the team's spreadsheets; • Design and structure financial models/simulators.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
- Previous experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Controllership or Business Intelligence;
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of P&L, income statement logic, and familiarity with return metrics (such as Gross Margin and EBITDA);
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data integration) and familiarity with visualization tools (such as Looker Studio or Power BI);
- Knowledge of programming logic (SQL) for data extraction and experience handling large volumes of data in BigQuery is a plus;
- Good communication skills and a collaborative profile to interact with multiple areas (Commercial, R&D, Operations, Controllership and FP&A) on a daily basis;
- Organizational skills and resilience to manage the routine of a complex and dynamic environment.
