With the support of cross-functional partners, this individual will be responsible for building and executing the productivity cost-out muscle for the team – leading cost-out strategy development, process deployment and project execution. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Develop and Implement Productivity Cost-Out Strategy : Define and understand key cost-out levers for composites sourcing Partner with GE technical resources to understand and define a raw material cost-out strategy translating to component part-cost savings Measure strategy effectiveness though productivity project execution and KPI reporting Project Management: Lead and manage supplier productivity projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Create mechanisms for monitoring and controlling with follow-up actions to drive the project Continuous Improvement: Serve as the voice of the commodity for productivity process improvement initiatives across the PSM organization Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for productivity within the organization. • Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using C# and .NET • Write and review progressively complex code, integrating across various application systems and components • Assist in designing and developing relational database models to support software solutions • Conduct unit, regression, security, and load testing to validate code readiness for production • Perform application security remediation in collaboration with Security team • Perform impact analysis for interface and system changes affecting the applications environment • Work closely with business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Collaborate with team members and business partners to solve problems and fix technical issues • Independently develops estimates for project and maintenance work • Support custom or 3rd-party solutions and their integrations • Perform application monitoring and on-call support • Implement architecture and solutions • Design and develop code to support existing and future deployments

• Lead a team of engineers across several products and codebases, breaking down work and driving delivery of high-quality, performant solutions. • Own technical direction and standards, driving a strong culture of automated testing, observability, and operational excellence through activities such as hands-on code review. • Address urgent customer needs by triaging and solving Support tickets, balancing short-term fixes with resolving the deeper root causes. • Partner with Product and Design to ensure the team is always working on the most valuable problems, identifying the simplest viable solution to quickly deliver customer impact. • Deliver functionality that is immediately useful, then guide iterative improvements to expand customer value over time. • Identify risks, technical debt, and architectural concerns early, and make pragmatic decisions about when to invest vs. move fast. • Communicate clearly with stakeholders about scope, tradeoffs, timelines, and expectations—from Support issues to new product features. • Present and document significant architectural shifts to Engineering leaders, and regularly communicate performance to ensure system architecture addresses customer and HappyCo needs. • Lead sprint planning, daily technical discussions, and other delivery rituals with the Product Manager and Design Lead.
