Role Description We are currently seeking organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants based in Canada to support our growing network of international corporate clients. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, technical, and creative support to our clients. Key Responsibilities - Administrative Support: Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, book appointments, and handle email correspondence professionally. - Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems and spreadsheet databases. - Customer & Client Relations: Act as a first point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, or phone; provide excellent customer service. - Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit business documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. - Task Coordination: Follow up on project deadlines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure tasks are completed on time. - Research: Conduct market research, internet research, or data gathering as requested by clients. Qualifications - Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing there. - High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an asset). Prior experience as a VA or in an administrative role is highly preferred. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (French language skills are a strong plus in the Canadian market). - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana) and communication platforms (Slack, Zoom) is a major advantage. - Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a functioning laptop/computer with a webcam and headset. - Outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated attitude.
