Senior Content Designer, Ads Barcelona Hybrid Senior Content Designer (Ads) - Hybrid About the role This is a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Content Designer to join our award-winning CX team and help shape the future of advertising at Skyscanner. You’ll be working on a suite of advertising products that power how brands connect with over 100 million travellers each month. This includes Skyscanner’s Advertising Manager, our internal partner-facing platform, as well as the traveller-facing ad experiences across web and app. You’ll move between crafting UI-content, shaping high-quality outputs in complex flows and defining the underlying systems that generate them, from prompts and schemas to evaluation and optimisation loops. Shaping the content strategy across an evolving ads ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in shaping AI-native content systems, including how content is structured (taxonomies, schemas), generated (prompts, retrieval), and improved (evaluation systems, feedback loops). You’ll help move us from manual content creation to systems that scale quality and performance. What you'll be doing - Crafting clear, effective UX content for complex B2B tools used by advertisers, marketers, and internal teams Design and scale content systems that support reusable, modular ad content across different contexts and audiences - Define content structures, taxonomies, and modular frameworks that enable scalable, reusable content Shaping how advertising content is created, structured, and delivered across both backend systems and frontend experiences - Shaping end-to-end content pipelines (generation → validation → delivery → optimisation) Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Researchers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Commercial teams to solve complex problems - Balancing traveller needs with advertiser and business goals, ensuring content is useful, relevant, and trustworthy Contributing to experimentation, defining content hypotheses, supporting A/B tests, and using data to iterate - Bringing clarity to complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and technical systems through strong content thinking Contributing to evolving our content design systems, patterns, and standards — especially in areas with repeated or scalable patterns - Evolving content design systems, patterns, and standards for AI-native environments About you - Experienced in content design: As a Content Designer, UX Writer or Conversation Designer in a digital product environment. - A systems thinker: You naturally think beyond screens and flows, considering inputs, outputs, rules, and feedback loops — not just the final sentence on the page. - Comfortable with structured content: You’ve designed or worked with modular content systems, reusable patterns, or structured content models that support scale. - Experience with AI-powered experiences: You’ve had exposure to AI-generated content systems, prompts, or pipelines. - Confident across different audiences: You can move between specialist B2B tools and consumer-facing experiences, understanding what each audience needs and why. - Strategic and data-informed: You connect content decisions to user outcomes and business performance, using research, experimentation, and data to guide your thinking. - Collaborative and clear: You’re great at working across disciplines, explaining complex ideas simply, and influencing others with sound rationale rather than volume.

With distribution across 600 doors globally and five freestanding stores in NYC and LA, the brand is entering a new phase of growth following Manzanita Capital’s majority investment in 2024. role & responsibilities The Digital Art Director (Brand & E-Commerce) is responsible for translating D.S. & Durga’s creative world into elevated, cohesive digital execution across e-commerce, email, paid media, and global brand assets. In addition to hands-on creative execution, this role plays a critical leadership role in building the systems, toolkits, and infrastructure required to scale brand storytelling globally — ensuring international markets, retail partners, and distributors receive complete, on-brand creative toolkits well in advance of launches.
