Under the direction of the Market Leader and Senior Wealth Manager, the Associate is responsible for providing the highest level of wealth management support services to Lido’s clients. Your passion for understanding investments and analytical work, acts as an essential and indispensable resource for Lido clients. Through frequent communication and collaboration, the Associate supports Senior Wealth Managers and Wealth Managers, partnering with them to manage and service client relationships. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 3-4 days per week, or at the discretion of the Senior Wealth Manager. Responsibilities - Support the needs of our Sr. Wealth Managers, learn the Lido investment strategies, understand the client base by shadowing the Sr. Wealth Manager, resolving inquiries, providing analysis and cultivating relationships through superior client service - Receive/review prospect leads and set appointments for Sr. Wealth Managers - Prepare for prospect and client meetings by collecting financial information, completing various financial analyses, and creating presentations materials for meetings - Coordinate the deployment of investments for new client allocations and portfolio rebalances - Execute and reconcile trades as directed by Senior Wealth Managers - Address cash management needs to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet funding requirements - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the firm’s products and ensure adherence to allocation policies - Maintain and track prospect and client engagement in firm relationship management system - Prepare reports and materials for periodic client reviews - Travel as needed Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - Courses completed in Finance, Financial Planning or Wealth Management or related field - Must be highly organized, technically strong and be an enthusiastic, effective team player - Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment - Proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and drive results - Excellent written and verbal communications - Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel We are an equal opportunity employer.
