Role Commute Consultants cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with employers and/or other stakeholders within a geographic area and work to maintain existing and establish new relationships as part of a broader regional effort to change commuter behaviors. Required Skills and Experience The selected candidate must have: - BA Degree related to transportation, urban planning, sales, marketing, communications, or public relations. - Up to five years’ experience working in the public, private, or non-profit sector in a TDM, transportation planning, sales, or marketing-related field. - Deep knowledge of transportation planning concepts and the benefits of multi-modal transportation options. - Intricate knowledge of TDM best practices and initiatives and the ability to bring fresh insight into existing project work. - Familiarity with the Atlanta region and of best practices related to transportation initiatives both past, present, and future.
