Sales Operation Analyst

AIRS Medical

• Bridge the gap between sales, finance, and operations • Support end-to-end sales lifecycle • Maintain data integrity within our CRM (i.e., Salesforce) • Contract management/support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or relevant academic background
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle delicate financial and payment conversations with diplomacy and professionalism
  • High level of accuracy when entering data and reviewing legal/financial templates
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent contract requests alongside routine collection workflows
