**👀 The Role** **Title: **Frontend Engineer - Casino UX **Team: **Engineering/Casino UX **Location:** UK, Remote. As a Frontend Engineer in our Casino UX team at Midnite, you'll help build the experiences that players interact with every day. From launching new features and refining existing journeys to the details that make a product feel fast, intuitive, and distinctly Midnite, you'll have a direct impact on how our brand comes to life. Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers across the business, you'll take ideas from concept to production and help shape the future of our frontend platform. **You will:** - Conceptualise, develop, and deploy new features across our user-facing products - Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly collaborative environment - Ship high-quality code as part of a team that releases daily - Help maintain and evolve a large-scale frontend application made up of hundreds of Vue components - Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across a constantly evolving codebase - Advocate for frontend best practices, accessibility, and modern development standards - Participate in code reviews and contribute to a strong engineering culture - Write and maintain automated tests to ensure a reliable user experience - Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvements across our frontend platform
Job Requirements

- Has professional experience building modern web applications with Vue or React and TypeScript
- Has expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Is comfortable working with modern frontend frameworks and tooling, including Vue 3, Nuxt, and Vite
- Has experience building scalable, reusable component-based applications
- Has a strong appreciation for design, user experience, and product quality
- Is familiar with utility-first CSS approaches such as Tailwind CSS
- Understands state management patterns and modern frontend architecture
- Values testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
- Has experience writing unit and end-to-end tests
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-moving product teams
