• Shoot 3 UGC-style ad concepts per week for paid campaigns • Film short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels • Create and experiment with organic content for Bree’s Instagram and TikTok • Research competitor ads, viral formats, and emerging content trends • Develop and pitch new creative concepts and storytelling formats • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to test hooks, formats, and messaging • Quickly film and deliver raw footage or lightly edited cuts • Help build and evolve Bree’s organic social presence

- Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels content playbooks
- Comfortable filming yourself on camera
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft engaging narratives quickly
- High agency, you take ownership and move quickly without waiting for direction

As Short-Form Content Creator, you will develop platform-native vertical video that makes natural family wellness feel accessible, fun, and real. You will own the entire creation process from concept to camera to edit, helping define what NatPat looks and sounds like in short-form spaces. This role is embedded with NATPAT’s Creative team. Snowball serves as NATPAT's YouTube and social creative partner, leading strategy, creative development, and channel growth.
