Role Description The Client Services Client Analyst II plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to bswift clients and their employees, with a strong focus on creating raving fans. This role is responsible for maintaining client benefits websites, executing and documenting benefits-related processes, and providing day-to-day operational support to clients, their participants, and the bswift service center. Role Description Amyx, Inc. is seeking Grants Analysts to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Contracting Activity (DHACA), Grants Office. The Grants Analysts serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Division Chief, DHACA. The Grants Analyst will have the ability to work independently, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The Analyst will be responsible for completing projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
