• Partner with Product Managers to strengthen pricing and packaging recommendations for new and existing products through pricing expertise, analytical support, and structured challenge. • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in pricing proposals and help refine thinking through structured feedback. • Provide targeted research and analytical support to strengthen proposal builds as needed. • Support PMs in navigating cross-functional operationalization requirements for pricing changes. • Prepare PMs to present proposals to the Pricing Committee. • Coordinate Pricing Committee activities — including scheduling, documenting decisions, and communicating approved changes across the organization. • Maintain pricing documentation as the source of truth and proactively cascade changes to impacted teams and systems. • Support development and maintenance of pricing analytics and dashboards.

• Responsible for using business judgment to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities and develop pricing strategies for key accounts. • Works closely with Region leadership teams while partnering with key internal functional stakeholders to drive profitable solutions. • Ensure pricing policies are consistent with business objectives and widely communicated. • Drive regions/markets to work cross-functionally with operations, Deal Hub and SRC on strategic deals. • Provide Policy 5.0 / 6.0 training and updates to the commercial team(s) supported. • Partner with Commercial Leaders to drive profitable growth by leveraging pricing analytics, commercial metrics and other measurements.

Role Description Support Global Development Operations, Global Study and Clinical Management Groups and Therapeutic Area Teams by creation of pricing proposals for clinical study budgets, consulting and related agreements. - Support Finance in the development of study level budget estimates using pricing tools. - Development of fair market value negotiation guidelines for each pricing request. - Maintain database of information related to pricing. - Ownership of pricing tools and templates/forms. - Participating in team/department special projects as required. Budget creation: - Receive pricing requests from Clinical Development Study Clients for original or amended budgets. - Review study protocol or consulting scope of work and discuss with Clinical Study Team. - Use industry benchmarking pricing tool(s) and internal historical data to create base clinical study budget or recommendation for consultant or services compensation. - Create budget spreadsheet and corresponding documentation to be incorporated into Agreement. - Prepare pricing and negotiation summary packet which is provided to Law Department / LOC for negotiation. - Maintain database of pricing and related data for use in cycle time, site selection and negotiation analysis and reporting. - Provide consult to Law Department / LOC, as needed, for site negotiation issues and re-pricing for existing budgets. - Observe timelines associated with completion of pricing requests. Build base budget in appropriate systems (ex. eClinical – required in US): - Clinical Trial Payment System (CTPS) - Update and review EDC receipts. - Create site configuration package for CTPS. - Approve manual payment requests for sites using the CTPS. - Approve site invoices for sites using the Site Invoice Upload mod. - Liaise with CTPS vendor for resolution of site issues. Single point of contact for payment issue resolution and oversight. Communication: - Liaise with other critical departments to obtain necessary information required to create pricing, such as Law, Finance, and Clinical Teams. - Communicate on a regular basis to clients regarding progress of pending pricing requests. Special Projects: - Participate in department or cross-functional projects as defined by internal team goal or outside department needs. Deliverables: - Base budget and supporting documentation for clinical study or proposed compensation for consultant services. - Negotiation guidelines for Law department / LOC status reporting and updates. Qualifications - 3 years’ work experience in financial support or contract administration role. - Creation of site level clinical trial budgets. - BA/BS/BSc. Requirements - 3-5 years’ work experience in financial support or contract administration role. - BA/BS/BSc in Finance or Accounting.
